GIVE ME A CHANCE, I WILL REBUILD NIGERIA - BUHARI

This was a statement made by Buhari in 2015 before he was elected president. 6 years down the lane Nigerians are wishing they never listened to those sugar coated words. Inflation is on the rise, a common man can no longer feed, the Naira has lost so much value that it is now worthless like a tissue paper. Citizens have cried and prayed but there seem to be no end to the daily killings and kidnapping by fulani Militia which is currently tagged Bandits or herdsmen ( I still don't understand the criteria for naming each groups when we all know they are terrorists). Our highways are no longer safe and there is division in the country more than ever. Every tribe want to be on their own as they are tired of the country, the few bold enough to speak up are hunted down by the DSS or the Military that have not made any arrest since the herdsmen went on auto pilot killing spree. 


6years down the lane, what seems like the best dream have become the worst nightmare for Nigerians. How many of us will make it till 2023? A big question yet to be answered

Nigeria JAGA JAGA was done many years ago by Mr. Abdulkareem when the country was still far better, prices of food stuffs were ok, fuel price was lower, naira had some value and insecurity was minimal.   Today it's a different story entirely, price off food stuff is now same with the price of gold many years ago. Now you manage to buy the food stuff, you are told that a KG  of Gas goes for N550, kerosene N440 and fire wood is not available because the forest now belongs to fulani Bandits. How do we survive with all of this? Mothers are selling their children, there in hunger in the land which makes everyone angry because any man who is hungry automatically becomes angry. The police force and other armed force are not left out, they oppress and brutalize citizens at the slightest provocation. In summary, Nigeria is a step away from hell.

WHY WE ARREST COMMONERS BUT LEAVE THE RICH WHO BREAK ISLAMIC RULES - HISBAH

The Kano Hisbah Board, also known as the Islamic police has explained why it treats the rich and the poor differently while enforcing some of its rules.  A director of the Islamic police, Aliyu Kibiya gave the explanation when he featured on a Freedom Radio programme.  According to Kibiya, it is against the tenets of Islam to publicly criticise a leader. He said, “Although we call on everybody in the society to do the right thing, we make the call on a case by case basis. “It is against the tenets of Islam to mount the podium and call out leaders. There are ways to caution a leader without criticising him in public." Hisbah had recently come under intense pressure to act on some pictures of the daughter of the Emir of Bichi who recently got married to President Muhammadu Buhari’s only son.
