HYPOCRISY OF OUR GOVERNORS

Nigerian Governors are worst when it comes to hypocrisy. They only speak out when a particular idea does not favour them. They feed fat while their subject suffer, and most of them spend their entire tenure fighting oppositions and empowering thugs all over the state. They know what a good state should look like, but prefer to look the other way. They cease every opportunity to cast blame for their misfortune and even blame the Federal government when things are not in their favour just to make it look like they are in the side of the people.

When it is time to terrorise political opponents,or anyone that stands against them,they suddenly have power to command security agents to go after the person. They order even military authority to kill,maim,arrest and torture anyone they feel is against their interest.


But the moment it comes to providing security for their people,going after criminals terrorising and killing innocent people,they suddenly don't have any power to give directive to security agency.


They get huge allocations, tax the citizens heavily through multiple taxation but still have nothing to show for it as non can boast of building a 21'st century state. If governors do their their jobs effectively, 70% of each state's problem is gone. Recently we discovered that some Governors are behind terrorism, some go behind back doors to push for fuel increment, while some run their states like a private property, that's to show you how selfish these governors are.

Nigeria JAGA JAGA was done many years ago by Mr. Abdulkareem when the country was still far better, prices of food stuffs were ok, fuel price was lower, naira had some value and insecurity was minimal.   Today it's a different story entirely, price off food stuff is now same with the price of gold many years ago. Now you manage to buy the food stuff, you are told that a KG  of Gas goes for N550, kerosene N440 and fire wood is not available because the forest now belongs to fulani Bandits. How do we survive with all of this? Mothers are selling their children, there in hunger in the land which makes everyone angry because any man who is hungry automatically becomes angry. The police force and other armed force are not left out, they oppress and brutalize citizens at the slightest provocation. In summary, Nigeria is a step away from hell.

WHY WE ARREST COMMONERS BUT LEAVE THE RICH WHO BREAK ISLAMIC RULES - HISBAH

The Kano Hisbah Board, also known as the Islamic police has explained why it treats the rich and the poor differently while enforcing some of its rules.  A director of the Islamic police, Aliyu Kibiya gave the explanation when he featured on a Freedom Radio programme.  According to Kibiya, it is against the tenets of Islam to publicly criticise a leader. He said, “Although we call on everybody in the society to do the right thing, we make the call on a case by case basis. “It is against the tenets of Islam to mount the podium and call out leaders. There are ways to caution a leader without criticising him in public."
